We want every piece to fit the way it should.
Ready-to-wear
Exchange within 7 days of delivery for a different size or another piece of the same value. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
Made to order
Made-to-order pieces are cut to your size and length, so they can't be exchanged. If something isn't right, message us within 7 days and we will adjust it.
Faults
If a piece arrives with a fault, message us within 7 days with a photo and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
