How do I choose my size and length?
Choose your size by bust measurement and your length by measuring from the top of your shoulder to where you want the hem to fall. The size guide on every product page explains how.
What does made to order mean?
We cut and finish the piece after you order it, to your size and length. Most made-to-order pieces are ready in 10 to 14 days; hand-beaded and bisht pieces take up to 21 days. The time is shown on each product.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Standard delivery anywhere in Qatar is QAR 25 and free on orders from QAR 500. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 days. Express delivery is QAR 50 and arrives the same day in Doha for orders placed before 1 pm.
How do I pay?
For now, you pay cash on delivery. Card payments, Apple Pay and NAPS are coming soon.
Can I exchange a piece?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, with tags attached. Made-to-order pieces are cut for you, so they can't be exchanged unless there is a fault.
Do you alter pieces?
If a made-to-order piece needs a small adjustment to the length or sleeves, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange it.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Add pieces to your bag and choose “Order on WhatsApp instead”, or message us directly with the piece, size and length.
