These terms apply to every order placed on lure.qa.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will tell you if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Qatari riyals. Payment is collected on delivery until card payments are available.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces are cut to the size and length you choose. Please check them carefully before ordering, as they can't be exchanged.
Delivery and exchanges
Delivery times and the exchange policy are described on the Delivery and Exchanges pages and form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
